Inspired by the balm that helped me with me cold sores years ago, this balm is infused with Lemon balm (known to be effective on the herpes simplex virus), Ribwort Plantain, soothing Calendula and the delightful essential oil of Lavender.
Can be used for lips and dry patches of skin.
Ingredients:

Lemon Balm: A good anti-viral, shown to be effective against the Herpes Simplex virus which causes Cold Sores.
Lavender: The oil of fragrant flowers of Lavender is brilliant for pretty much anything! From treating burns to promoting sleep, Lavender oil is anti-fungal, anti-viral and promotes healing.
Kokum Butter: Rich antioxidant and antibacterial properties, is also very emollient without clogging the pores. In the Ancient Indian Ayurvedic practices Kokum butter is used for ailments of ear infections, inflammatory conditions, sores and even dermatitis. Itβs also rich in Vitamin E which makes Kokum butter nourishing and moisturising for the skin.
